Are meals gluten-free?
Yes! We focus on consuming whole foods and eliminating dairy, grains, gluten, soy, sugar, and processed foods from the diet. Fake foods that come in a packaged box are full of added sugar and artificial ingredients that can wreak havoc on our health and cause inflammation.
Can I print out the meal plan and recipes?
Yes! You will get a digital version (PDF) of the meal plan. You can print it.
Do I have to count the calories?
No! We have done the work for you. Just follow the plan.
Can I leave an ingredient out if I'm allergic or not liking it?
Yes, of course. A plan that fits everybody does not exist. You can always leave an ingredient out or substitute it.
